Breakfast was good: eggs, wiener, bread. The rooms are good. Clean, Functional. Location to railway station, restaurants, convenience stores & proximity to Shin Osaka station (2 stops) is great. Staff were excellent. Very helpful. They provided scales so we could weigh our luggage before going to airport. Some staff spoke great English. The rooms were quiet & comfortable. We always choose to stay at Sunny Stone for convenient location & value for money.

The convenient location, it's just 2 minutes to Esaka station, which you can easily access to many attraction locations in Osaka. Many shopping shop around where you can enjoy tax free like Uniqlo, Tokyu Hands, Drug store, many restaurants for your various choices of meals. I love the hotel.

The location is best, just next to Esaka station (Osaka Metro). The staffs are friendly & helpful, they allowed us to place our luggage after check out, so we no need to look for coin locker.

Disappointed to be harassed after a long and tiring day about a city tax charge that we were unaware of. Bookings. com confirmation reads includes all taxes and charges.

The place has a great location and a great staff. It was clean but not perfectly clean, the place is smaller than appears in the photos and you will hear everything... the train, the outside and the people from the rooms around you. If you have a better option go for it and don't waste a night.
